• Intellectual property. The BlackChart name and logo, the indicators, the guides, texts, images and videos on this website belong to BlackChart. You may not copy, redistribute, resell or publish them, or attempt to reproduce the indicators, without written permission.
• Third-party links. Links to other websites are provided for convenience. BlackChart is not responsible for their content.
• Availability. We aim to keep the website accurate and online, but we cannot guarantee that it is always available or free of errors, and we may change its content at any time.
• Liability. To the extent permitted by law, BlackChart is not liable for losses arising from the use of this website or its content, including trading losses. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
• Applicable law. These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection given by the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are not open yet. You can join the waitlist to be told when they open.

When subscriptions open, the full conditions — price, currency, taxes, billing period, renewal, cancellation and refunds — will be shown to you before you pay. Subscriptions may be sold through a third-party platform, whose own terms will also apply. The prices on the Pricing page are planned prices. The launch price is reserved for the first 100 people on the waitlist who subscribe within 14 days of launch, and it is kept on renewals for as long as their subscription stays active. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including the right of withdrawal where it applies, are not affected.

Privacy

Who is responsible: BlackChart — info@blackchart.co.

When you visit the website: our hosting provider, Webflow, processes the technical data every browser sends (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver the pages and keep the website secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Anti-spam: the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data from your browser to tell people from automated programs. It is used only on the Contact page and only for security.

Transfers outside the EU: Webflow and Cloudflare are based in the United States. When data is processed outside the EU, they rely on the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights: you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a readable format — write to info@blackchart.co. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be) or with the authority of your EU country.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. It only stores what is technically necessary for it to work:

• your answer to the cookie notice, saved in your own browser so the notice is not shown again;
• on the Contact page only, the security check of Cloudflare Turnstile, which protects the form from spam.

Technically necessary storage does not require consent. If we ever add analytics or other optional cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
