What we collect: the name, email address and message you send us, with the date and time of sending.
Why: only to read your message and reply to you. We do not add you to the waitlist or to any mailing list, and we do not sell or share your data.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive and, if you ask about subscribing, the steps you request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the “GDPR”).
Which tools we use: the form is provided by Webflow, the platform that hosts this website, which receives your message on our behalf and forwards it to our mailbox. Some providers may process data outside the EU; when they do, they rely on the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it: as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than 12 months after our last reply.
Your rights: you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a readable format — just write to info@blackchart.co. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be) or with the authority of your EU country.
